Which
stocks comprise the Trend Twelve portfolio?
The Trend 12 is comprised twelve big cap, blue
chip stocks. The Names change as stocks begin
uptrends. Recent members include Intel, Alcoa
and ExxonMobil, for example.
Why
don't I just buy these myself?
The difference is that even these bluest of blue
chips experience significant trends up and down
during a year. The Trend 12 portfolio tends to
own them during uptrends and own cash during downtrends.
Is
there a commission or "load" to invest?
No, there is no commission to invest in the Trend
Twelve, and no exit fee, such as the 12(b)1 fees
charged by some mutual funds.
Is
my money "locked up" for a period of
time?
No, your money is available. Owning such heavily
traded stocks means there is always a market to
liquidate your account should you need the funds.
What
reports do you send?
You will receive quarterly statements from our
major deep discount broker custodian. By request,
for no extra charge, you may also receive a statement
each month. You can view your account any time
online.
Is
this the place to put all my retirement money?
The stock market, even with the Trend 12 discipline,
is not a place for all of anyone's money. Fixed
income and real estate should also be a part of
one's retirement.
Is
there a guarantee?
We add value and protection in the ever–changing
world of equities, a realm where everyone accepts
there are "no promises" in exchange
for the possibility of great gains. We guarantee
the market will continue to fluctuate.
